Before your install day you can download the APP on your device for your chosen charger and make an account ready for our engineer to complete the final installation process.

On the day of installation it couldn’t be simpler our engineer will arrive at the given time and complete the installation he will have photos and a description of the required install, but they may require some additional information such as positioning of the unit and routing of cables.

At some point there may be a disruption in your power supply.

Before leaving he will check everything works, the operation process and that you are happy with everything, if you have any further queries then one of our aftersales team are always on hand to help.
